Accommodation and Travel

Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

App and Networking

All attendees have access to Swapcard, our dedicated networking app.

You can access Swapcard on your desktop by clicking here, or download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store. To log in, simply use the email address associated with your registration.

With Swapcard, you can view the attendee list, connect with other participants, schedule meetings, and export your connections.

You can also personalise your agenda, explore the event schedule, and access detailed speaker information.

Badge

Badge collection will be available from 7:30 am on 18th March on the 2nd floor at Convene 133.

On arrival, please give your name to a member of staff at the main reception to access the elevators.

The conference will take place on the 2nd floor, where you can collect your pass from the kiosks just outside the elevators.

Please ensure that your badge is worn at all times. Without a badge, access to the event and all associated meeting rooms will not be permitted.

Dietary and Accessibility Requirements

If you have any special dietary and/or accessibility requirements, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing customerservices@fie.ft.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, please note that we cannot confirm that the venue will be able to fulfil all requests.

Business casual.

First aid

For first aid assistance, please contact the registration desk. A qualified first aid representative will be dispatched immediately.

Internet access

WiFi access in the conference room is complimentary.

Please ensure that you contact the relevant visa authorities in sufficient time to verify the requirements. For more information, please check if you need a visa. If you require a visa support letter, we are happy to provide one.
