Robert advises sell-side, buy-side and supranational clients across a broad range of structured finance products. He specialises in synthetic securitisation, credit derivatives and OTC hedging products. Robert has been the lead adviser on a number of the most complex and innovative significant risk transfer deals in the European market, combining regulatory expertise with an efficient approach to problem-solving. He has also advised leading asset managers on their entry into the credit risk transfer space. He has authored our recent report, CRT and SRT trades: an introductory guide for issuers and investors, written and hosted our recent podcast, ‘What’s in a name? CRT and SRT’, and contributed the synthetic securitisation chapter to an upcoming capital markets practitioner handbook. In 2024, he was a panellist at the Invisso SRT Symposium, the PCS Securitisation Symposium, Milan, and Structured Credit Investor’s CRT Seminar, London.
