Olivier is a Portfolio Manager and Head of the Risk Sharing Strategy at Pemberton, which invests in first-loss or mezzanine tranches of bank loan portfolios (large corporates, SMEs and other core assets) and provides investors access to pools of untraded loans in a diversified format. Olivier has over 20 years of experience in structured credit, securitisation and bank capital finance. Prior to joining Pemberton in 2021, Olivier was Managing Director and Global Co-Head of FIG Solutions at Citigroup and was a leading originator and arranger of bank regulatory capital relief transactions. Olivier started his career at S&P Risk Solutions and also worked for Stormharbour Securities as Head of Structuring & Advisory. Olivier has an MSc in Finance from Warwick University (UK), a PhD in Economics from Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and was also a Finance Lecturer at London School of Economics and Political Science (UK).
