Natalia is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years in both buy-side and sell-side financial markets. She currently acts as a Managing Director in Intesa Sanpaolo’s Financing Solution & Securitized Products group, a position she has held since 2023. Prior to this, Natalia spent more than a decade on the buy-side as a portfolio manager in Private Credit, where she led investment transactions across structured credit, distressed credit, and real estate at AnaCap Financial Partners and CarVal Investors. She most recently served as Head of European Distressed Credit. Earlier in her career, Natalia spent over 8 years in investment banking at NatWest and ABN Amro, specializing in structured credit, financing, and SRT transactions. In addition to her executive roles, Natalia has served as a non-executive director on several international boards and committees within the private credit, real estate, and public sectors. She currently serves on the Board of Compass Wellbeing CIC at East London NHS Trust. Natalia holds an MSc in Finance from London Business School and is an alumnus of Harvard University’s Advanced Management Development Program.
