François joined SG’s SRT securitisation team as Director in January 2026.Before joining SG, François worked for 20+ years at BNP Paribas CIB in various positions related to risk transfer and credit-linked transactions. He has been a legal counsel on structured credit products for eight years before joining Global Markets front office in 2010 as interest rates and credit derivatives Structurer and then Structured Products Sales for institutional clients in France and Monaco. During the last ten years, François has worked in the Origination & Structuring team, arranging SRT transactions for BNPP Group entities and external clients. François holds an MBA from Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Paris and a Master 1 in Business Law from Paris Cité University.
