Eric Denton is a Senior Associate in A&O Shearman’s Derivatives and Structured Finance team, he has experience advising clients on a wide variety of derivatives and structured finance transactions, balance sheet securitisations (including financial guarantees and credit default swaps), bond and loan repackagings, securities linked to a wide range of underlying assets, CLO transactions, securitisation swaps and project finance hedging.
