Bill Ledger
Bill Ledger is former Global Head of Credit Portfolio Group at JPMorgan and Former Chair of the IACPM. Bill has 35 years’ experience in financial markets across banking, trading, portfolio
management, structuring and risk management. He was most recently a Managing Director and Global Head of Credit Portfolio Group
Lending at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. where he was responsible for the public side management of the retained credit portfolio of JPMorgan’s Commercial and Investment Bank including the issuance of SRT transactions. Bill was a Board Member of the International Association of Credit Portfolio Managers (IACPM) from 2017 to 2025 including Chair of the Board from 2022 to 2025. Between 2012 and 2017 Bill was a Director of CreditDerivClear Ltd, a company owned by 12 banks established to co-finance with LCH Clearnet S.A. a clearing platform for Credit Default Swaps in Europe. Bill holds a BSc (Hons) from Brunel University, a MSc (Econ) from the London School of
Economics and is an Associate of The Chartered Banker Institute.
